For Desktops, Laptops or Windows Tablets:

Use the epub file - save the file somewhere on your hard drive.

I use a free viewer called "Icecream Epub viewer" - the free version is great. Callibre is also free and works well.

Just install either then add the Epub to your library.

For reading, I personally prefer Icecream...- it'll save your place and you can even adjust the line spacing and font sizes.
